Revd Canon Anne Brown has joined the Atlantic Coast Cluster and has spent her first few weeks getting to know the parish.

Made up of St Agnes, Mithian, Mount Hawke, Cubert, Crantock and Perranzabuloe, the large cluster is anne-brownhome to  seven churches as well as one fresh expression church, Soul Church in Porthtowan.

Revd. Anne has an infectious enthusiasm for the church and the different ways it can be involved in the community and is keen to encourage her congregations to explore their own ideas no matter how ‘whacky’ they may seem. She has a firm belief in never saying ‘no’ and enjoys supporting individuals to facilitate their own ability in their own space and time.

As she looks ahead to Christmas she is keen to see as many members of her parish as she can in the run up to Christmas and currently has three services lined up for Christmas Eve and two for Christmas Day.
St Agnes Church may also include a Toddler Nativity in this year’s celebrations as well as enjoy a visit from Bishop Tim for one of the Christmas Eve services.
