Who's who

There are many people engaged in the day to day life of the Diocese. Some, like the Bishops, are very high profile; others may work in one of the Departments in Diocesan House, or exercise a ministry as a Reader, or perhaps run a Retreat facility. These pages are designed to help you to find people relatively easily.

The drop down menu at the side of this page provides contact details for the Bishops and their staff; there is also information about the various officers and departments at Diocesan House; the legal officers and the members of General Synod.

You may however want to know how to contact a parish priest, or to find out more about Church Schools, or the Cathedral staff, or the mission societies. The easiest way to do that is to go to Directory. There you will find all the information which is currently published in the printed Directory, divided into appropriate sections. We aim to keep the material here regularly updated, and the new edition of the whole Directory is usually published in November each year.

Remember - the Church is essentially people: in these pages there is a little more information about many of those who keep the Diocese of Truro active for God.
