Prayer Diary

A diary of regular daily intercessions is produced within the Diocese, and much used by individuals, parishes and groups. During the course of a year, Cornish parishes are remembered by name, as are individuals with roles of responsibility within the Church in Cornwall, and those exercising a ministry on behalf of others.

It is always important to remember that the Christian does not live, or pray, in isolation. In a very real sense, through our prayers we are members one of another, and whilst you may attend a particular church, in a particular parish, that parish is part of the larger unit, the Diocese, and the Diocese in turn is part of the world-wide Anglican Communion.

So the Prayer Diary also covers the world Church, enlarging  personal horizons, and remembering before God the whole of humanity, its aspirations, suffering and needs.
