• Despite the increase in electronic communications, The Coracle is still the most widely read publication produced by the Diocese. The Communications Officer is solely responsible for the newsletter which is distributed throughout the Diocese and in many cases included within parish magazines. Increasingly, as with much printed media, The Coracle is read on line.
• The Communications Officer shares responsibility for the Diocesan Website
• In addition, the Communications Officer can advise Diocesan Officers and Departments about the production and content of printed material
• The Communications Officer assists in the editing and correlation of the Diocesan Directory and the Annual Diocesan Synod Report, and edits or writes other Diocesan Reports and Reviews as required eg Education in a Changing World; Channel of Blessing to others; Treasures of the See
