Faculties
A faculty is a permission granted by the Chancellor of the Diocese or the Archdeacon of the Archdeaconry concerned in the Consistory Court of the Diocese.
The faculty jurisdiction procedure is contained in the Care of Churches and Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Measure 1991 and the Faculty Jurisdiction Rules 2000.
