Your Responsibility

The Parsonage Department want the home that you live in to be kept in the best possible condition and we will do all we can to support you within the limits of parsonage policy, our budget and human resources.

If you need any advice on carrying out general maintenance to the property please contact one of the parsonage team who will be pleased to talk it over.

The attached PDF drawings give an overview of parsonage policy on repairing responsibilities. If there is anything not covered or not clear in these diagrams please contact the Parsonage Department for more information.

The living in your home section also contains vital information to ensure you stay safe and we recommend you read this section carefully.
Instructing work yourself can mean you take on considerable health and safety liability and legal responsibility to pay any bills. We recommend you read carefully the works instructed by you section of this site.
